Interesting find during an inspection

Breathe Safe Testing completed a visual mold inspection with air testing for a client. This home already had another inspector complete air testing without a thorough inspection. During our inspection, a UV light was used which found mold staining on the ceiling rafters. The mold found could only be seen with the help of the UV light. A tape lift sample was taken and confirmed multiple types of mold with high spore counts on the ceiling rafters.
