No better way to start the week than with this easy + quick anti-inflammatory overnight oats recipe! ๐Ÿซ
Overnight oats are an absolute gamechanger when it comes to breakfast. Stored in the fridge overnight, these oats are no-cook and hard to mess up! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ฏ
Ingredients:
โ€”ยฝ cup unsweetened plain almond milk (or other dairy-free milk!)
โ€”ยฝ cup steel cut oats
โ€”2 tbsp almond butter
โ€”ยพ tbsp chia seeds
โ€”1 tbsp honey
โ€”ยฝ tsp cinnamon
โ€”Top with blueberries and walnuts!
Directions:
1. Add almond milk, chia seeds, almond butter, cinnamon, and honey into small mason jar or small bowl. Stir together to combine.
2. Add oats and stir into mixture. Make sure all the oats are moistened with the mixture.
3. Cover with a lid and store in the fridge overnight (or a minimum of 2 hours).
4. In the morning, top with blueberries and chopped walnuts. Enjoy! โ˜บ๏ธ
