No better way to start the week than with this easy + quick anti-inflammatory overnight oats recipe! ๐ซ
Overnight oats are an absolute gamechanger when it comes to breakfast. Stored in the fridge overnight, these oats are no-cook and hard to mess up! ๐๐ป๐ฏ
Ingredients:
โยฝ cup unsweetened plain almond milk (or other dairy-free milk!)
โยฝ cup steel cut oats
โ2 tbsp almond butter
โยพ tbsp chia seeds
โ1 tbsp honey
โยฝ tsp cinnamon
โTop with blueberries and walnuts!
Directions:
1. Add almond milk, chia seeds, almond butter, cinnamon, and honey into small mason jar or small bowl. Stir together to combine.
2. Add oats and stir into mixture. Make sure all the oats are moistened with the mixture.
3. Cover with a lid and store in the fridge overnight (or a minimum of 2 hours).
4. In the morning, top with blueberries and chopped walnuts. Enjoy! โบ๏ธ

You may have seen my last post about hydrogen-dominant SIBO. Hereโs a quick recap โก๏ธ small intestine bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) happens when bacteria migrate and grow into your small intestine. Not ideal! ๐ฎโ๐จ๐ฆ
