Must have 1-2 years with construction experience and a desire to learn, advance and enhance your skills. Our ideal Carpenter/Helper is highly motivated, reliable, and willing to learn. Has a hustle in his/her step, a good work ethic, well spoken and speaks clearly. Drivers license is a must. Basic tools and general knowledge is required. Must pass a Drug test and background check.

Core Qualifications:
-Ready to be the right hand of experienced carpenters watching, learning and assisting in the field.
-Ready to perform a variety of construction tasks unsupervised when needed.
-Must have a desire or passion to want to learn this craft and make it your own, self starter.
-Some experience in a range of construction repairs and production processes
-Must have all hand tools with knowledge of how to use them.
-Solid knowledge of tools, equipment materials, and resources used in construction
-Fast learner able to take instructions and perform tasks with minimal supervision
-Motivated and ready to learn in order to advance career in carpentry
-Responsible for interacting with client to thoroughly understand their requirements, to complete the work as per their needs.
-Attention to detail
-Must be customer service driven
-Ability to follow detailed instructions.
-Setting up job protection prior to starting job, cleaning, and systematically arranging things in the work area.
-Perform tasks such as setting up job site, removing debris, putting tools away etc.
-Pick up and delivery of materials to job site.
