HVCS offers an expansive range of healthcare coordination, support services and health education programs to help clients access and stay connected to all the services and information they need to fulfill their potential. All services are offered at no charge. We specialize in assisting people living with chronic illnesses (including HIV/AIDS, diabetes, heart disease, and hepatitis), people with active mental health diagnoses, and people who use drugs.

We take a different approach to wellness. We start with the individual and tailor our services to meet their needs. Some people come to us for a single need--an HIV test, or an emergency food bag. Others need an array of services and support, from accessing Medicaid to finding a doctor to arranging rides to necessary appointments. We do it all without judgment, and we always strive to engage and empower clients to be active in their own care.
