NJ announces guidelines for schools reopening.

No Fuss Lunch has a dedicated 10,000 sq ft facility with a commercial kitchen, bakery, warehouse and refrigeration. Traditional school lunch companies DO NOT. Instead, they pack small school kitchens with employees who prepare and serve buffet style.

NO FUSS LUNCH has infrastructure, processes & tools in place meet the NJ State guidelines specific to cafeteria/school lunch.
