we have been selling our breads and pastries between 3p.m. and 7p.m every Saturday. Also, we are selling fresh handmade tamales. We have been very busy it is only our third week selling in front of bakery. We have been in our bakery for 22 years. we are located at 2479 industrial Parkway west. I just want to let everyone know the status of our business. A few weeks ago as I stated in our last posting, we had an employee test positive for Covid 19. Within 2 hours of notice I shut our facility down. I ask all the employees to get tested in order to resume working. Within 24 hours all staff had been tested. Everyone came back negative. I had everyone self quarantine for 14 days. We are going to be almost 21 days as of next week. I had phone calls emails, and Facebook with overwhelming support for us to stay strong and they are keeping us in there prayers. With all the problems that are going in the world we have been blessed with all the support from all our customers ,family and friends.

We recently learned that one of our bakery employees tested positive for Covid -19. Out of abundance of caution we are closing the bakery for the next two weeks while our employee recovers. We have had all staff and employees tested for Covid 19. We will be closed for the next two weeks. We are deep cleaning the bakery. We are following all regulations from County and CDC guidelines. It has been always, our policy to ensure always the safety of our customers, employee staff, And market Assns. that we do business with. Thank you for your understanding and support.
