Though the hatchlings were stationed in the Crosspoint Kids Preschool building, the entire campus was watching with bated breath until the last chick hatched!

We love seeing our youngest students (and the rest of our school community) experience the wonder of new life up close.

Our seniors traded the classroom for the islands on a senior trip to Hawaii that struck the perfect balance of education, fun, and leisure before they venture off toward their bright futures.

We are so proud of what our Odyssey of the Mind elective has accomplished this year in making it all the way to the 45th OM world finals at Iowa State University, where over 800 teams from 32 U.S. states and 11 countries competed. 7 of our middle school students had the incredible opportunity to represent Northern California by holding the banner at the opening ceremonies! 🤯 Congratulations!

During the event, our team performed well placing 18th out of 49 teams overall and 11th out of 49 teams in the Problem 2 Long-Term Performance! They also befriended and learned from other creative teams from the US, Korea, India, and their buddy team -- Beijing Bayi School.

Earlier this month, we had the privilege of honoring Mrs. Jenny Lee, our beloved Academics Director since 1996, and sending her into her retirement with love that could not be contained. Mrs. Lee's 34 years of service also included teaching at CCS and a role as English Department Chair in 95-96. Her commitment to reaching every student, making sure they are provided the keys to success, and incorporating outdoor learning opportunities are only part of the pioneering legacy she leaves behind. Though she will be deeply missed on campus, we will continue in her values of loving all God's children equally. Thank you for a job well done, Jenny!
