Merlot - 23.2° Brix
Old Vine Zinfandel (multiple blocks) - 23.3° - 25.6° Brix
Cabernet - 22.3° Brix
Malbec - block 7 - 23.1° Brix, block 5 - 19.9° Brix
Petit Verdot - 22.6° Brix
We are picking Zinfandel every day this week starting with the higher sugar blocks! We are picking all the Merlot sometime next week and the "late" season varieties are coming on too!

We can’t wait to try this bottle of Hans Fahden single vineyard Tzabaco Rancho 2023 Viognier! Speaking of Viognier, we are all set to harvest the 2024 vintage on Friday. Harvest is definitely here to stay, where did the summer go?
