Production

• Perform deflashing procedures, determine proper run cycle
• Perform start-up, shut down and shakedown deflashers
• Perform general maintenance and care for deflashers.
• Willingness and participation in working overtime

Quality

• Inspect parts for visual defects
• Record data for quality records (charts, logs, etc.)
• Perform first and last piece layouts and, outgoing audits
• Make decisions on quality issues (good vs bad parts)
• Perform incoming inspections on raw good as applicable

General Duties

• Communicate process flow problems to Shift Leader
• Communicate to oncoming shift problems or information of process
• Rework rejected production with applicable
• Attend and participate in team meetings as scheduled
