This exceptional addition offers a comprehensive upgrade. We began by demolishing the existing detached garage and removing the breakfast nook and patio. Subsequently, we constructed a foundation with 10-foot walls and a room addition featuring a Master bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and limestone fireplace surround. The Master bath boasts a steam shower, heated floors, and a soaking tub. Custom cabinetry is incorporated into his and hers closets. A Coffee bar is equipped with a Meile built-in coffee and espresso machine. The laundry room features 2 washers, 2 dryers, and a farmhouse sink. The lower level encompasses an entertainment kitchen, wine cellar, gym with a sauna, and a safe room. Additionally, we renovated the old laundry into a mudroom with locker cabinets and rebuilt the screened-in porch, replacing several windows. This project was a pleasure to undertake, thanks to our excellent clients and craftsmen who helped make it happen.
