To ensure that your treatment progresses as planned, it's important to wear clear aligners for 20-22 hours a day, only removing them to eat, drink, or brush your teeth. Removing them too often or for extended periods can slow down your progress and affect the final outcome. Stay consistent with your wear time, and you’ll be on track to achieving the smile you’ve been working towards!
