Where did the summer go, you may ask? I have asked the same thing!

With the kids heading back to school, it's time to start thinking about what YOU want to do while they are in school. Why not attend a First Aid CPR training to sharpen your skills, or a basic life support course in advance of your nursing school or EMT requirements.

All bBusiness CPR and First Aid is here to meet your educational needs. We are flexible and do our best to work within your schedule confines.

Now that you have read this, and you're starting to think about your educational needs, get back out there and enjoy your summer but don't forget to contact me when you're ready for your class!

Summer solstice. The longest day of the year. Can it be true? Are we going to experience a summer this year? Yes I believe we will, finally!

With warm weather, summer vacation and outdoor activities, we need to hone our safety skills.

1. Do you have life vests for EVERYONE on your water vessel? Are they the right size for the people in your group?
2. Do you have your bear spray, splinting materials, inhaler if you are going to be out and about, hiking or doing any of a number of outdoor sports? GPS locator?
3. Are you going with a party or are you a lone exerciser? If you prefer doing outdoor things alone, take a picture of what you're wearing, let a trusted family member or friend know where you're going and your estimated time of return.

Summer is fun but summer fun ends when people are not prepared adequately and accidents occur. Know where your cell phone works in rural areas so you can get to that spot in the event you need to contact emergency services,
