Feeling Misaligned 🙋‍♀️
My guess is you hold space for others and rarely space for yourself. When you take time to be with YOU — your wants, desires, fears and needs — you can be a better parent, partner, sibling, or friend. It’s not selfish, it’s selfless to be Aligned, so that you can show up as best as you can.

I am talking about really taking a look at how you spend your time, where you put your energy and who you surround yourself with. Think about what brings you joy and connection. (And I am not just talking to the ladies… this is just as important for men.)

If you have a few minutes, flip to the second picture and think about the 4 large circles - 1️⃣ what you love, 2️⃣ where you excel, 3️⃣ what is possible and, 4️⃣ what your community needs. Are any of those questions hard to answer? Are there any natural overlaps? What do you need to feel Aligned?

🪨 Women Rock 🪨
Yesterday I got the privilege to support two amazing women - Mari Kennedy and Kelly Corrigan - who are both building community and sharing their gifts with others (mainly other women).

hosts a year-long 
journey of ritual, sisterhood and practice for women, called the Celtic Wheel, following the seasons 🍃and rituals of the year, tapping into and nurturing our feminine. On the call we took a deep dive into the creative alchemy of our Fiery Arrows 🔥🏹 (deep desires) and the fears that come with them.

is an incredible writer 📚 (if you don’t know her, look her up) and she just launched her first ‘Live with Kelly’ interactive call👩🏻‍💻(with over 500 people registered 🥰) where she shared about her creative process📝, answered questions and read from her unedited/unpublished manuscript. Sharing her experience, talents and supporting other creatives and creative-adjacent in their endeavors.
