Little by little, hard work, dedication, and faith are turning a dream into reality.

After more than a year of designing, molding, testing, refining recipes, lab testing, shelf-life approval, licensing, and building this brand from the ground up, Big C’s BBQ RESCUE sauces and rubs are getting closer to launch.

What started as an idea has now grown into something officially recognized and supported through:

• Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certified
• SAM.gov registration
• Texas Food Manufacturer approval
• Process authority and shelf-life testing approval
• Trademark pending for Big C’s BBQ RESCUE™

There were many late nights, setbacks, learning curves, and moments of doubt, but God has truly blessed this journey and continued opening doors along the way.

Balancing full-time fire service leadership, doctoral studies, family, and building this business has not been easy, but the vision has always been worth the work.

As a retired firefighter, Air Force veteran, and small business owner, this brand represents more than BBQ sauce. It represents resilience, family, service, hard work, and never giving up on something you believe in.

Big C’s BBQ RESCUE is coming soon, and we’re just getting started.
