V.I.P. Tots

Friends of VIP Tots:

I am writing to let you all know that after almost 6 years of serving as the Executive Director at VIP Tots I have submitted my resignation to our Board of Directors and my last full day in the office will be 26th of May 2023.

I have accepted a position as the Executive Director of The First Tee Inland Empire covering Riverside and San Bernardino County.

It has been a tremendous pleasure to work alongside our staff for the past six years in seeking to make VIP Tots one of the best Early Learning Centers in our area. I believe that VIP Tots is positioned to continue to provide high quality care for children in this area and am committed to continue working for the remainder of my time here to see that the positive strides we have made continue.

I will be working with our board over the next weeks to develop a solid transition at VIP Tots and assisting in seeking to identify the best candidate to fill the vacant ED position. Any relevant updates to this process will be communicated via this page.

Additionally, once a job description is developed we will be posting the position and accepting resumes so if you or anyone you know may be interested in the position, keep an eye out for further information.

Thanks for your patience as we have remained closed this week due to the Fairview Fire. As of 11:00am Friday, September 9th, VIP Tots is planning to reopen on Monday, September 12th at 7:00am and resume our normal weekly schedule. 9:30pm Update 9/5/22

Due to the ongoing fire situation VIP Tots will be closed on Tuesday, September 6th.

We will provide more information and updates through the day tomorrow regarding any necessary further closures.

As of 8pm Monday, September 5th, VIP Tots is planning to open as scheduled Tuesday morning under normal operating hours. We are continuing to monitor the situation with the Fairview Fire and if changes to normal operations are necessary we will update our families via this page, phone and email correspondence. We are grateful to the men and women working this fire and our thoughts are with them during this ongoing incident.

Thanks to everyone who has reached out regarding a small fire that started around 4pm this afternoon in an outside storage shed area of our center. No staff or students were on site and there were no injuries as a result of the blaze.

We are EXTREMELY GRATEFUL to the crew from Little Lake Fire Station who made quick work of the blaze. Without their rapid response time the incident could have easily gotten out of hand.

The incident will NOT have an impact on our normal schedule for next week and we will reopen as scheduled on Monday morning.
