When I came across this piece, I felt deeply seen.
Not intellectually, but vibrationally.

This image stopped me in my tracks.

It captures what I experience and work with every day:
the full emotional spectrum as a living keyboard — where mastery isn’t about avoiding certain notes, but learning how to bring them into harmony.

This is exactly what happens in my one-on-one sessions.

We don’t eliminate emotions.
We tune them.

Each feeling carries a frequency. When one note is out of harmony, the whole system feels it. Through voice, presence, and nervous system regulation, we bring missing or dysregulated notes back into coherence.

Mastery isn’t playing only the pleasant keys.
It’s being able to play all of them skillfully —
until the body remembers its own symphony. 🎹🌈
