Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hi, share your experiences, and help create a space where parents and caregivers feel seen.

Growth can feel uncomfortable when we’ve learned to survive building a barrier to the outside world. But change happens when staying in the same cycles hurts more than allowing ourselves to do something different. Check in what yourself to see what you need, and let yourself be reminded how beautiful it is when flowers bloom.
