Congratulations to you all!

We congratulate the Culinary Union on reaching a tentative agreement with Oak View Group that employs over 700 cooks, servers, bartenders, & concession workers at Allegiant Stadium!

Negotiations had been ongoing with Oak View Group since early 2025, and this agreement is long overdue. Several pickets have been held at Allegiant Stadium, including handing a petition signed by over 200 workers to Allegiant Stadium management last spring. After being named the United States' highest grossing stadium, we're proud of the work the Culinary Union put in to win this well-deserved contract for their members!
