We have some bittersweet changes happening at The Mor Group.
Erica, who has been part of our Maintenance Department, has accepted a new opportunity to work with her brother in his business. She'll be starting with him on Monday, June 29, and we couldn't be happier for her. 💛
Adi and I first met Erica 12 years ago when she became our family's nanny. A few years later, when she was looking for an office position, we were lucky enough to welcome her to The Mor Group. Since then, she has been a fast learner, incredibly kind, smart, helpful, and an amazing member of our team.
Although we're sad to see her go, Erica will always be part of our extended family. She'll also continue serving as a board member of our new nonprofit, Powered by Kindness, which you'll hear more about in our next Mor News email. 😊
Erica leaves some very big shoes to fill, and we're excited to welcome two new team members who will help carry things forward.
Our first hire is Hazel, a Virtual Assistant from the Philippines. She's been with us for about a month and is already helping with administrative tasks and after-hours emergencies.
Our second hire is Anthony, a Las Vegas native who joined us this week. He brings valuable property management experience and has jumped right in with great enthusiasm. 😊
Tomorrow (Friday) will be Erica's last day with us, so if you'd like to send her your well wishes, please feel free to email her or me. 💛
