I came upon this random pic from Durango Casino & Resort.
They somehow found my two very favorite things to order at the oyster bar! Seafood paste with a Michelada.
The two best items on the menu in my opinion plus raw oysters, of course. ❤️

Try the Michelada and Bloody Maria! The great thing about a multi unit restaurant group is that they develop the drink recipe the way they want it and then teach each bartender how to make it. The two drinks I tried were made to perfection. Training the staff makes a huge difference! I highly recommend Macayo’s and also keep an eye out for their new concept Bar Ocho!

A friend who always eats Mad Madeline's Grill just noticed they use Michelada Love! Next time you are in Temecula, stop by and grab lunch.
