Job Title: Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agent (Nevada)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional with a current Nevada Property & Casualty (P&C) license to join our growing agency. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in personalized insurance sales, excels at building meaningful client relationships, and is driven to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who believes insurance is about protecting people—not just selling policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
Conduct personalized, needs-based consultations
Recommend and design customized Property & Casualty insurance solutions
Build long-term relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Stay current on products, industry trends, and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
Active Nevada Property & Casualty (P&C) license (required)
Proven success in insurance sales with a focus on personalized, needs-based selling
Demonstrated ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
