My reflection for this week:

Health brings a freedom very few realize until they no longer have it.

Once one recognizes that time is the most precious of all commodities, there will no longer be a disconnect between the choices one wants to make and the choices one actually makes.

What regrets do I have today that I have the ability to change going forward? If I don’t change, will I still be holding those regrets in 10 years, 20 years; in my final hours?

Having to be dependent on Los Angeles for its training venues/facilities shows Vegas has a long way to go before it can truly enter the discussion as one of the Sport Capitals of America. The team at 44 FiftyFive hope to change that in the near future.
