I pray for blessings and joy. It is possible to have love and loss simultaneously-2024 was a tough one for loss.
It is nice have a chance to pause and reflect, rest, then look at new goals for the next year.
I am thankful for the creative outlet . It allows me to afford to give blessings to some of my at-risk youth that serve, little supports and exhibits of love that they sometimes don’t get outside of school. Thank you to my customers, friends and family that support .
This year I will be adding one more charity to support with Booth 3A Coach Don Wade Memorial Fund. 🖤💛 The last picture with the cigar that hadn’t been cleared yet was another . A remembrance of Dad-puffing a cigar with the ocean breeze blowing by💙✝️
The booth also affords little trips for a pause and rejuvenate. Where we celebrate family- a new couple in the family and my parent’s anniversary 💙

Enjoy the day set aside to be thankful for all that we are given. One exercise I do with students is saying three things you are grateful for-automatically boosting your dopamine in your brain. Challenges in life make that tough, loss, illness, struggles, etc. I hope you can find joy in some of the journey of life. I am grateful for the opportunity to stage items that can bring joy to customers homes since March 2020-it has been a wonderful creative outlet. I am thankful for the opportunity gives this art teacher to share color, texture, joy of good finds & design💗
