Light in; light out.

You receive what you give. Some may think of this as “karma”. It is actually energy. If we give good energy, we will draw the same.

Also known as the golden rule:
when we wish to be forgiven, we should forgive; when we wish to be loved, we should love; when we hope to be shown grace, we should practice giving grace.

This can be much more difficult than it should be. We thirst for what we consider justice, we hope to witness suffering for those we feel have caused us suffering. But in truth, that doesn’t truly bring us joy or remove our pain or eliminate our suffering.

In this season of light, let us be the light we hope to see.
