Since 1984 we have specialized in providing clean, quiet, and well maintained apartment homes in the City of Hesperia, CA.

The health and safety of our residents is a top priority for us. There are multiple options to pay your rent while also practicing social distancing. We strongly encourage our residents to:

- Pay online through ZEGO. This is the easiest and safest option. Make an account on our website rimapartments.com or download the mobile app ZEGO Resident, available for both apple and android.

- Drop your rent in one of our many drop boxes located in our communities. If your community does not have a drop box location, you can still drop your rent at any of our communities. Call 760-244-7282 to find the nearest dropbox location to you. Please make sure you sign & date your check or money order and write your address & unit number. If you would like a receipt, please call us so that we can send you a digital receipt.

- We understand that there are many uncertainties currently. If you have been financially impacted by COVID-19 please contact us as soon as possible.

The Animal Shelter will be hosting a special Chip or Treat on October 9th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM! Stop in and get your dog microchipped and rabies vaccine for FREE!

The first 50 attendees will receive a FREE microchip and rabies vaccination for their licensed dog during our October special.

Microchipping and vaccinations are FREE for licensed dogs only; dog licenses will be available for purchase at the event as well.

The Victor Valley Transit Authority will be offering free rides on all routes on Wednesday, September 4th as part of the Low Carbon Transit Operations Program. For more information visit visit goSBCTA.com/newsroom.

Hesperia Days is September 21st and 22nd! Join us for the 71st annual Days event featuring a 5K Run, Walk, Skate, the Hesperia Days Parade, Hesperia Lake Park festivities and of course the annual fireworks show! 🎇🎆

The Library will be hosting a very special Under The Sea themed event featuring Ariel, Ursula and Prince Eric on August 22nd from 4:00pm to 7:00pm! 🧜‍♀️🦀🐳 Stop in for this fantastic event that's sure to please everyone in your family.

Michelle is the friendly face at our reception desk that greets our residents and prospective residents when they come into our Main Office. Michelle has an amazing ability to connect with our residents and ensure that they receive quality service. Her positivity and smile radiates throughout the entire office.
