For the LACMA Los Angeles County Museum of Art east campus expansion, the project required frameless stainless steel doors engineered to integrate with architect Peter Zumthor’s zero-tolerance concrete walls.
Stainless Doors, engaged by G&G Door Products, fabricated custom doors to meet strict visual, dimensional, and mechanical specifications.
Scope included:
• fabrication to architectural tolerances
• real-time pricing updates during procurement
• price protection once costs stabilized to maintain budget accuracy
All work was executed to meet project specifications, schedule, and installation requirements.
