This lot had a deep ditch/ravine near the road. We added catch basins, 80' of pipe and a lot of dirt to bring the grade up 6' to 8'.

Lot cleared and ready for the house hole to be dug. Shout out to Holmes Disposal for showing up to help with debris haul away.

Laying in some gravel for a new construction basement.
