**PART TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR for Time Genies Concierge & Errand Service**

Looking for a well organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated personal assistant with office administration experience to work with a small local businesses that continues to grow.
Proficient and energetic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Be able to manage multiple schedules, comfortable talking with customers and team members and must think on their feet, devise solutions fast and remain professional no matter what. Must be able to multitask, problem solve, have a flexible schedule.

Proficient in Quickbooks online
Proficient in office 365 products (word, excel, google sheets/docs)
Knowledgeable in social media and marketing
* Very competitive rate of compensation
* 10-15 hrs per week (potentially more as the businesses grow)
* Ideal for those that have another job and/or need supplemental wage
* Required to work Thursdays, but other hours are flexible on your schedule.
* Hybrid (office & remote)
