Our Story

Swanee Productions, LLC is a film/video movie and television production company. I have been involved in productions for well over twenty years from researching & writing documentaries to actually producing video for television. I love being involved in video and the film industry. Reactivating this site to bring my friends up to date and to keep all new & exciting future plans posted.

I have a movie script written in 1995 which received some very nice Kudos. It is a murder mystery and I am going to stiffen my backbone and show it to a friend who happens to be a producer. Hoping he won’t leave me in tears because the script is worthless, if it is I may never re-coop. I was told by a very well known producer that I should turn it into a book and then maybe some one would want to turn it into a movie. Well the book has been out a little over two years. Got some great compliments, now all I need is to see if anyone will be interested in making the movie.

Hoping to see some of my producer friends here in Hico on-location filming their great master piece. Just let me know what you are looking for. Talked to a producer the other day said he was looking for hills, mountains, river and wild cowboys. Told him we got it all just let me know when. I love what I am doing it never gets old.
