You know, I hear it all the time... "I'll change _blank_ in the new year".
Why not start now?
Getting a head start on making changes will only get you closer to your goals.
Sometimes the idea is so overwhelming that we push it out until a significant day or time, such as New Years.
Making changes and losing weight shouldn't be overwhelming or dreadful.
Yes, it does take some thought and effort but it doesn't have to suck.

Next week is going to be a B U S Y week!
Anyone else having a crazy week ahead?
I'm trying to stay on top of the week by planning and prepping! Today I sat down and planned some of my meals with my meal planner so I don't have to worry about it the day of.. which for me is a LIFESAVER!
Something else I have been doing to help save time is prepping my ingredients! If I'm cutting an onion for one thing, I will cut the rest of it and save it for the next dish. And it is a game changer!

It’s Sunday.
All the people visiting have left. Tomorrow is the start of a new week - work and back to school.
And not to mention transitioning from one holiday into another.
It’s hard to get back into the routine after such a fun and busy week.
As I always say… Do what you can when you can.
If you can only make it to the gym 3 days this week.. that’s okay.
Can only make dinner 4 nights this week.. that’s okay.
Just focus on the things you’re able to as you’re getting back into your routine.
Some things you could try to do as you get back into your routine:
- write it down.
- plan it out.
- have a back up plan
