Get ready to dive, pedal, and sprint! Registration is OFFICIALLY OPEN for the 2026 High Point Sprint Triathlon and High Point Youth Triathlon.

Whether you’re a seasoned triathlete or a first-timer looking to "get your feet wet," Oak Hollow Lake is the place to be this summer. This event is a community favorite, known for its scenic views and supportive atmosphere.

Sprint Triathlon: 500 meter swim | 11.9 mile bike | 3.1 mile run
Sprint Aquabike: 500 meter swim | 11.9 mile bike
Youth Long Course (Ages 11-15): 200 yard swim | 6 mile bike | 1.5 mile run
Youth Short Course (Ages 7-10): 100 yard swim | 3 mile bike | 0.75 mile run
