✨NEW CLASSES✨

Starting this week, you can join us Wednesdays at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 11am for mat Pilates.

Our pilates classes are accessible for all-levels of practitioners, and will focus on bringing alignment, stability, and strength into the body. These 45-minute classes will include the use of a variety of props, and we have everything you need at the studio!
