Providence Place

One of our residents at Westchester Village recently experienced the loss of her sister. In our community, when one person grieves, we all feel it. To show our love and support, we created a heartfelt tribute in Providence Place Mall, honoring her sister’s life and keeping her memory close to us all.

Recently, the Department of Veterans Affairs visited to speak with our resident veterans about available benefits. They also shared that individuals aged 80 and older may qualify for free enrollment—an opportunity our community was excited to learn more about.

Last week, our residents came together for a fun and creative activity as they prepared for our patriotic Flag Day celebration. They designed and decorated festive hats—and they proudly wore their creations with plenty of enthusiasm!

In honor of Memorial Day, Westchester Harbour set a place at the table for one soldier. This powerful tribute, known as the Missing Man Table (or Fallen Comrade Table), is a solemn military tradition that honors service members who are fallen, missing, or held as prisoners of war.
