We’re excited to introduce Community Wellness @ Caring Services — now offering FREE classes open to the entire community.
Join us for a 12-week series focused on real tools you can use to improve your day-to-day well-being.

📍 In-Person @ High Point Public Library

💻 Online (Attend from home)
🗓 Wednesdays at 6:00 PM

• Stress & burnout
• Sleep & mental health
• Anxiety & panic
• Trauma-informed healing
• Building resilience
• Communication skills

Brian Brown, magnificent host and pioneer within the Caring Services community, recently celebrated 30 years in recovery!

Brian has been with CSI for over 20 years, and been a face recognizable from the inception of CSI’s early days. During his time he has been a persistent advocate for people in recovery, a friend, a peer, a teacher, and a kind soul to those he has helped and those he continues to help.

There are many words to describe Brian: loyal, truthful, caring, impactful, fashionista, etc! But for the community he is a hand in the dark, and a light for those needing to know what direction recovery is. We are so grateful to know Brian, to work with him and witness him work with those in recovery.

Brian’s presence is a legacy that will carry forward for many years to come. Please join us in celebrating Brian’s recovery and his legacy.
