Yoga Mindset High Point

First class back at a studio since pandemic! It was fantastic! A great challenging vinyasa for me was just what I needed, I haven’t had much fire in me this week but I’m feeling it now. I haven’t done anything super challenging since I’ve been back at my practice (and certainly not that many chaturangas!) but it felt really good to challenge and push myself, I need to do more of that. So glad that is open again, their free community class I started going to last year really helped get me back into my practice when I felt lost 💕
