The magnesium sticks are a convenient way to travel with and administer the synergystic magnesium and essential oils that Jordan Essentials Healthy Skincare is so well known for. The blue Magnesium Plus stick is great for sore muscles, and also headaches!

I rub a little on my temples, and on the back of my neck. It eases the muscle tension I so often get with my headaches and migraines, and can even make the pain of the headache less severe!
