Can I work on pregnant women?
Also, YES! I carry the Webster certification which is extra training on how best to treat pregnant moms! This technique creates an optimal environment for baby to thrive in by decreasing tension throughout mom‘s pelvis and on the uterus.

Over a dozen Relative Motion patients have made the switch to a pillow that is sized specifically for them.
We sleep anywhere for 7-9 hours per night on our pillow which means we should have the best one possible to ensure success each and everyday. Sleeping on a pillow that is too short or too tall can increase the chances for neck pain and or waking up with a crick in your neck type of feeling.

Listen up desk jockeys!
1. Your best posture is the one thats ever changing.
- There’s not one perfect posture!
2. Post it ion your monitor at eye level.
- Having your monitor too high or too low can increase neck and upper back discomfort
3. Stand 5 minutes for every 30 that you sit.
- Going from sitting to standing even just for 5 minutes helps redistribute weight on joints as well as help lubricate them!
4. Relax your shoulders and make sure your head is positioned directly over your shoulders.
- Holding your head out further than your shoulders can increase the chance for neck and upper back pain.
5. Walk when you can! Talking on the phone? Walk. Bathroom? Pick the one a little further away. (If you can🤣). During breaks? Walk.
Make the choice to take small steps to increase movement in your life!
