There's a lot of symbolism in everything at NexCore. Can you see the organized chaos?

We are proud to introduce the Founding Members Membership for the new NexCore opening in June.

A limited number of Founding Member Memberships will be offered and when they are filled, we will then offer our standard membership.

The standard membership will include 8 hours (or credits) monthly to be used towards conference rooms, our event center, or the podcast studio.

It will include 24 hour access to the building, a dedicated and unique mailing address, guest privileges, our rewards program benefits, and so much more that we aren't quite ready to announce yet.

The standard membership will be $249/month plus a $200 (one-time) administrative/processing fee.

Founding Members have the opportunity to pay a $99 processing fee, and lock in their membership (with some enhanced benefits, some if which we will release when they go on sale) for $199! And Founding Members will have a price kick in their membership for at least 2 years!

We are finalizing our software this week and will make updates to our website so that you can lock in right away.

It's time to share some important news with each of you. Tomorrow evening, we will share a couple of updates, several years in the making.

For those who have supported us over the years, this one is for you.

After a very, long time, we are finally able to announce that NexCore Coworking will be opening in the next couple of months. Our new home is going to be in South County in Plaza 21. We have had so many people reach out since the sign went up that we had to let the cat out of the bag so-to-speak.

Around the first week in February, we will be releasing the details of our founding members option. For those of you that were a part of our Fox Park community, and those that came for a meeting or an event, we thank you. We invite everyone to be part of our new community and to share in the spirit of collaboration and community.

With 3 meeting rooms, a lounge, large event center, podcast/recording studio, more than a dozen offices, and an array of support services, NexCore will once again be the physical location that is "The Starting Point For It All."

In 2020, NexCore was introduced to the team at Mountain Man Products- We didn't know at the time where this would go, but for the past 3 years, we have worked closely with Mountain Man on the design and development of more than 100 products for their rebranding and relaunch.

Today, the vision of many people stepped out of a dream and into reality.

Thank you is in order for Chuck and the Mountain Man team for their trust and patience through design, the trial, developmental challenges and more!

This is part of the vision we had when we started NexCore and said that it is the Starting Point for it All.

On August 21, 2017 we embarked on an incredible journey. A journey that saw the formation of incredible and lifelong relationships, new businesses and partnerships and memories that will last forever.

The pandemic took a toll on us all. But now that the cloud has lifted and the spirit of entrepreneurism has again taken hold of the city, we are about to relaunch one of the most dynamic coworking projects ever.

While we cannot share all of the details just yet, construction has begun on our latest project. We will be unveiling the next NexCore before the end of the month. Along with NexCore will come some familiar and some new faces.

For those of you that still believe in the spirit of collaboration and the blending of ideas, we welcome you to come back home.

More details will come soon and we speak for two of the original cofounders Larry Cohn and Jim Shelvy when we say these things.
