We are excited to announce Jesse Tomich as the new coach for Flash Baseball 10U 26/27 team!

Born and raised in Hammond, Jesse is a Morton High School graduate where he was a 4-year varsity baseball player. After playing collegiate baseball at Indiana University Northwest, he immediately transitioned into coaching, spending 7 years as an assistant coach at the high school level while also leading 13U-15U and 18U summer baseball teams.

Following a brief break from coaching to focus on family and the birth of his twins, Jesse has spent the last 5 years developing young athletes from Tee Ball through 9U. His passion for helping players grow both on and off the field makes him a tremendous addition to our organization.

"As a coach, my goal is to help every player become the best version of themselves, starting with instilling a strong work ethic that will help them both on and off the field."

Please join us in welcoming Coach Jesse, along with his family, to the Flash program! We are excited for the leadership, knowledge, and positive impact he will bring to our players and community.

Doug’s passion for youth sports is unmatched and it's worth repeating every year. He’s always tuned in to what’s happening in the Northwest Indiana sports arena, constantly working to elevate the programs and opportunities available to local athletes. His mission? To raise the bar for NWI athletes and make sure every kid, no matter their background, has a chance to get their big break. He's relentless in his work ethic and proof that hard work will take you anywhere.

When he's not on the field coaching Flash Baseball, you’ll catch him in the batting cages or repping his Appalachian State gear, the proudest dad forever and always.
