🚩 How Not to Be That Customer!!!

Had a professional cleaning on Friday?

Then had:
• Multiple house showings
• Realtors and buyers walking through
• Kids climbing on beds
• Pets shedding
• A full weekend of traffic

…and on Monday you’re inspecting the house like it was locked in a museum immediately after the cleaning?

That’s not a fair assessment.

Professional cleaners can only guarantee the condition of a home when they leave it. We can’t control what happens after dozens of shoes walk through the house, beds are sat on, trash is added, pets shed, or doors open and close all weekend long.

If you notice something immediately after a cleaning:
✅ Contact the company right away.
✅ Give them the opportunity to make it right.
✅ Take advantage of their touch-up or re-clean policy.

ALWAYS READ FINE PRINT PEOPLE!!

What isn’t reasonable:
❌ Waiting several days.
❌ Allowing multiple showings and foot traffic.
❌ Fixing issues yourself.
❌ Then requesting a full refund after the fact.

Most reputable cleaning companies genuinely want happy clients and will gladly address legitimate concerns when notified promptly.

A good customer gives a company the chance to correct a problem before demanding their money back or leaving a 1 star ⭐️ rating.

Fairness goes both ways. 🧹✨
