Creating a circle of amazing woman!!! Thanks to all who came! ❤️
What a way to kick off the Fourth of July weekend.
We had the privilege of hosting Professor Eric Hemphill at OJJ Lab for three hours of incredible instruction. Every seminar reminds us that the pursuit of Jiu Jitsu never ends. There is always another detail to learn, another concept to understand, and another layer to uncover.
A huge thank you to Professor Eric for sharing his knowledge and to everyone who came out to train. We’re grateful to be part of a community that values learning, hard work, and helping one another grow.
Happy Fourth of July from all of us at OJJ Lab. Stay safe, enjoy the weekend, and we’ll see you back on the mats soon.
