This is the hazardous waste collections held by the county. This is not a Mr. K's Event, but we always share as our customers are frequently looking to dispose of some of these hazards.

The county's dates for their hazardous household waste collections are out. Hilo's date will be August 3rd, 2024 from 7:30 am until 2:30 pm at the Ho'olulu complex. This is a County collection event, not a Mr. K's event. Please see attached flyer for any questions and the list on what will be accepted.

Did you know that Mr. K's in Hilo has stocked book shelves!? Books cost a quarter over here (😲What a steal!!!) We also take in any unwanted books as donations and we look forward to finding them a second home.😄
