It’s the last day of the Explorers of Lawaiʻa exhibit at ʻImiloa. Come enjoy it one last time Hilo!

We’re open until 4p and we have activities and enhancements from 10a-2p —all included with general admission.

ʻImiloa is proud to present our summer 2026 Hālau Lamakū enrichment program Ma Uka to Ma Kai! This place-based program invites keiki to strengthen their connection to ʻāina, deepen their cultural awareness, relationship to self and others as well as expand their curiosity about the natural world above and around them. This program nurtures growth, ʻike (knowledge), and a strong sense of belonging in our island home. 

Members can register April 28 at 9a
Non-Member registration starts April 29 at 9a
Registration closes May 22 at 4p
