Speaking for the coaches in the trenches out there! This may be my realist post yet. 🤯

👉 If you work with golfers of all ages/abilities you probably see a lot of steep golfers come to your facility. How do you change that?

🔥Figure out the main culprit effecting that! Put what’s needed into place to help make the change then exaggerate the opposite of the current pattern!

👉Theres certain folks making blank statements saying there’s a “shallowing fad”. This is just silly if you’re actually working with club level golfers (atleast 90+%)

🧠 Why do Tour players often make exaggerated rehearsal swings that often look nothing like there athletic motion? To get closer/neutralize their flaw. Why should it be any different for gen public? Gen public should be the one’s exaggerating more as they’re not that good!

💯 Working on shallowing for a lot of golfers is great folks. As long as the right plan is in place!

🙏 So many things can improve your putting if you improve some of your tendencies at setup!

🧠 I’d recommend if doing this exercise to use a putting mirror to make sure eyeline/neck tilts are still good before you “let it rock” and no I’m talking about the shoulders when I say let it rock! 😆
