Zain makes sure every morning that his area is cleaned properly. He is inviting more touches; he recently stood still and behaved while his halter was adjusted.

Zahra, Tooa, Waiya and Tu'wanni are another grooming session closer to showing their pretty summer coats. Zahra made progress with having her hind feet picked up; Waiya did great with all 4 feet. Today was not a good foot day for Tooa. Tu'wanni tolerated more touches along both sides.

The shedding season is upon us! All the horses and some of the donkeys had another round of defuzzing today. We're sure they're going to need it tomorrow too.
