Reflecting on  what she’s learned in her time at LPR, Kristin shared:
“The importance of building genuine relationships. From media to influencers to clients, I’ve seen firsthand how far kindness, trust, and strong connections can go, and it’s something I’ll carry with me throughout my career. LPR has also taught me just how much growth can happen when you step outside your comfort zone. Over the past two years, I’ve learned to trust myself more, embrace new challenges, and stay adaptable - lessons that will stay with me forever.” ✨

It’s never easy to say goodbye, especially to two team members who became such an important part of the LPR family ❤️

As Jenna and Noelia wrap up their internships with us, we’re reflecting on just how much they’ve contributed during their time here. From thoughtful media and influencer lists to trend reports, research projects, Toy Fair support, and so much more, they consistently went above and beyond in everything they did.

More than that, they brought positivity, teamwork, and energy to every room they walked into. Watching both of them grow personally and professionally has been a rewarding experience for all of us.

Reflecting on her time at LPR, Jenna shared:
“One of the highlights of my time at LPR was the welcoming environment. Everyone was so supportive and always willing to help me learn and grow. I also loved getting the opportunity to work on real projects across different teams, which gave me valuable hands-on experience throughout my internship.”

Noelia shared:
“The highlight of being an LPR intern has truly been the people. What started as my very first internship quickly became so much more than I expected. From everyday moments at LPR to Toy Fair, movie trips, and marathons, I’ve built friendships that will last far beyond this experience. LPR truly feels like a family, and I’m so grateful for how much I’ve grown both personally and professionally.”

Every April, celebrates Limb Difference Awareness Month 🧡 as a proud sponsor of Zoe’s Unicorn Trot—an inspiring, family-run event that raises awareness and celebrates the limb difference community, with proceeds supporting the Lucky Fin Project.
 
Our mini Hoboken version has become one of our favorite traditions, filled with great energy, a little April heat, and a well-earned happy hour to top it off 🎉
