Bread and Basil

I’ll be back to full-time baking starting June 1. My current customers don’t use really money. 😉(Just in case you’re not caught up…I am back in the classroom this semester, but I’ll be baking again soon enough.)

While I am a baker, I am actually a teacher at heart…And I have been called back to the classroom for a spell. I will have very few pop-ups for the time being. I still welcome orders to be delivered on Sunday only and December 20-23. Building this business has been such a great adventure for me and I really don’t want to lose your support, I just can’t give both jobs my full attention right now. So while my oven will not be on full time it will still be on weekly. Reach out if you need something and we will work out a delivery time.

My students are fans of Bread and Basil treats and they are keeping me in practice for my return to full time baking in the near future. (Their most recent treat is pictured below.)

If you want Bread and Basil snacks, you will have to make your way over to Twin Steeples Creative Arts Center. Art and food at a beautiful venue.

Today’s complimentary sample platters are for Springfield high school teachers! Your business can receive complimentary platters for businesses with eight employees or more by texting 225-772-1520. Supplies are limited and are only available on specific dates. Platters are also available for order ($45 with delivery inside delivery zone) for parties, funerals, and gifts. Platters include three loaves of bread and four small toppings. Reminder: All Thanksgiving orders must be placed before Friday, November 21. Deliveries in the Ponchatoula area will be Wednesday, November 26.
