Want to wish everyone a Happy New year and a Better year than any other year prior!!!

Hold on to your dreams!!! But not for long!!! The longer you wait and don’t act on them, the farther away they get!!!

So EVERY year i looked forward to taking Prestons First Day Of School photo to add to what WOULD have been a 13 year project.
Unfortunatly our government pulled a PLANdemic and we missed 2 years of photos as we where not allowed in the school. This one photo for 2021 was thanks to an unnamed person who snuck him in and snapped a shot for me.

SO, now we start the process all over again with Paxton!! I bought my own 5'x8' flag JUST for shooting the photos no matter where we are, or WHAT obsticals come our way. I will COMPLETE this 13 year project this time.

So join along year after year to see who Paxton Grows from year to year. It's going to be a FUN ride this time.

The wedding i did a few weeks ago. Just a couple shots.

As night fell on US 50, the straight road leading west from Orlando seemed to stretch endlessly. Giant oak trees, adorned with Spanish moss like Christmas tinsel, lined the sides. The road lit up in a warm orange glow as I continued westward.

In the distance, a breathtaking canvas of orange and purple hues painted the sky, as if God himself had taken a brush to it. The oversized sun gracefully stretched over the road, its edges reaching beyond the trees that flanked the route.

Regret lingered as I realized I left my camera's SD card behind. I yearned to capture the scene, yet the beauty I witnessed surpassed any photograph. Despite Florida's quirks with drivers and inflated prices, the awe-inspiring spectacle of Mother Nature never failed to leave me spellbound.

In that moment, cruising down US 50, I couldn't help but feel like I was living a scene from a movie.

I just HAD to post a sneak peak of this beautiful young lady i have known since she was FOUR!!!! She was ALWAYS been a beautiful girl, and will continue to be.
This wedding was from my week in Central NY, and it was such an honor to be able to photography her wedding.

How to Shoot DoF

Just a QUICK run through on how to get your Depth of Field (DoF) with a Canon R8 and a Canon EF 24-105mm L lens.
This will work with other lenses but this is what i was shooting with.
Here you will see what the differences are in placement of subject, Background, moving subject farther or closer, or zooming in or out.
