I got the privilege of going to the Joe Home Buyer master mind tonight with Cody Hofhine, Mark Stubler, Jimmy Rex, Joe Darger, Jennica Henderson Eardley presenting.
Here are my highest and best Top 3 Takeaways:
1. Cody has a commercial coach in Manny Koshbin and said “Never take advice from domeone you wouldn’t trade places with.”

2. Serve your customer and your client even if you make nothing.

3. Always take notes. If you’re not taking notes you should be home with your family.

4. Stop looking through a window at people and being jealous. Look at life like a mirror and fix yourself.

5. Stop wasting time. Set your goals and don’t let the Home Warranty guy take you to lunch when you need to work on things for your goals. Lol, that’s a bit personal.

6. Jimmy sold the most expensive house in UTAH at $32MM. He said it took him 20 minutes!

7. I asked him what his commission was and he said $32MM at 3%. Do the math. In about .01 seconds I said $975,000. (I must be a math genius. Lol) I then asked if he was mad it was $25k from a seven figure deal. He said I was getting in my own way, but after words he said that it was just to stir up the crowd. Um, kinda felt like crap until then. But on with the takeaways…

8. Jimmy got the first million dollar commission total for a year.

9. Jimmy later got the first Million dollars in commissions in a month.

10. I think 20 minutes to $1MM commission is close enough.

11. Jimmy said the most rewarding thing he’s done is his mens group. Chris, you’re in this, right?

12. Jimmy has been to 92 countries!

13. The story of him letting a guy shadow him where he got 3 listing appointments in an hour and the guy said, “if you can do that, think what I can do?!?!?” (He quit after 9 calls and said “They’re so mean! How can they do those things?” Lol

14. Plan your goals out 5 years. Focus on “What you could do if everything went right for 5 years.”

15. I asked him if he would be interested in a $13MM Self Storage facility in Magna. Currently waiting for him to reply to my message on Insta.
