Shane – the man, the myth, and the legend. As CEO and Team Lead of Roxburgh & Associates, Roxburgh Development and Roxburgh Media, Shane is focused on the big-picture items like franchising our firms, increase profits for our builders, and bringing on more land developments. He is passionate about growth and people. Of it, he says, “My favorite part of my job is empowering others to succeed. This ultimately lays the foundation for the team to one day relish together in the success that we’ve all worked so hard for. “ Besides being the team lead though, Shane is a total marketing nerd and loves learning of new strategies and tactics to propel the business forward. His hard work and dedication (ie staying at the office until 1-2am at least once a week) don’t go unnoticed.

Shane may be a CEO, but his proudest title is single dad of two – daughter Arabella and son Ashton. On the weekends, you can find him hanging out with his kids, traveling, working out, or watching his favorite movie, The Avengers. Creative, grateful, and passionate are the three words he would use to describe himself and he would get into travel blogging/vlogging and creating new businesses if time and money weren’t a factor. Mountain contemporary and modern craftsman farmhouse are two of his go-to architectural styles and he hopes to own property in both Park City and Newport Beach one day.
